Helping to transform organizations

No matter the size, type of organization, product, process, and/or business need, LindenAI can help.
Our clientele have been among the most diverse and wide-ranging in terms of business needs and the types of AI they use.

DEFINITIONS
The following are some of the terms that we use when describing our services.

Agent
An abstraction for an individual that exhibits autonomy. The abstraction frequently describes a human, software system, or robot, but may include other classes of individuals, as well. The agent abstraction may also span more than one class, such that it may refer to either a human, robot, and/or software system at the same time.

Autonomy
A persistent, goal-oriented behavior that an autonomous system implements. The goal should be known and within the system’s ability to achieve it. The only thing that is unclear is how, exactly, the system will achieve that goal because there could be constraints (e.g. policy, privacy, security, etc.) and/or environmental conditions that are variable over time. Autonomy enables a system to achieve a goal state despite a wide variety of operating conditions.

Autonomous System
An autonomous system may be a complex system that is referred to as an individual agent.
An autonomous system may also be a collection of socially-aware agents. Their social awareness enables them to autonomously find and interact with other autonomous systems. When systems are implemented with socially aware autonomy, they can perform more for your enterprise than the sums of the individual contributions. The most commonly recognized autonomous systems are programs that are embedded in social media and Internet hosts. If allowed, they execute in a user’s web browser to collect data about users’ behaviors for electronic commerce and user modeling. Their utility can expand greatly beyond the realm of e-commerce and social media, however, and significantly improve enterprise-wide operations and processes in the privacy and security of an enterprise’s operations.
Robotics
Robotics is about empowering useful mechanical systems with autonomy. A robots can be developed as an individual agent and/or designed to be socially-aware.

DOMAINS
The following are some of the domains where we offer our services.
Cybersecurity
Digital security is more than just changing the door locks and locking down systems. Robust digital security involves understanding the threat vectors, their motives, why their enablers, and making the appropriate structural changes so as to minimize exposure to risk as cost-effectively as possible

Defense
AI, autonomy and robotics offer some of the best responses to unique national security needs that often push the limits and capabilities of existing technologies

Education
LindenAI can help educators select the AI tools that are most appropriate for them, as well as develop curricula that are relevant to AI-based economic activities
